1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.


2. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is always free on all orders, no minimum purchase required.


3. How long does delivery take?

Total estimated delivery time is:

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Shipping time: 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday)

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number (if available).
You can use it to follow your delivery status online.

If tracking is not provided, your order is still on its way and will arrive within the estimated timeframe.


5. Can I change or cancel my order?

You can request changes or cancellation only before your order is shipped.

Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled and must go through the return process instead.


6. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all items.

9. How long does it take to get a refund?

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Funds are returned to your original payment method

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
