When Will I Receive Tracking Information?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
If tracking is available for your order, it will be included in this email.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before tracking updates become active.


How to Track Your Order

If your order includes tracking, you can follow your delivery by:

  • Using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email

  • Visiting the courier’s website and entering your tracking number

Your tracking status will update as your order moves through the delivery process.


Why Is My Tracking Not Updating?

Sometimes tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipping. This is normal and depends on the courier system.

If your tracking has not updated after a few days, don’t worry—your order is still in transit.


Didn’t Receive a Tracking Number?

Some shipping methods may not include full tracking. In these cases:

  • Your order is still being processed and shipped normally

  • It will still arrive within the estimated delivery time of 3–6 business days total

If you are unsure, you can always contact our support team for assistance.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order seems delayed beyond the expected timeframe:

  • Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for courier delays

  • Then contact us if your order still has not arrived

We will investigate and work with the courier to resolve the issue.
